What should my additional diet be to the acai berry and wu-yi tea?

and i was wondering what a better diet would be , to make me lose more weight .
Like exercises other than running, because i have bad knees.
I can walk for 30 minutes, drink 8 glasses of water and not eat after 8 .
What else can i do ?
